Rob Santer: Regional Director, London
Rob and his wife Charlotte became Christians after experiencing an amazing encounter with God whilst
attending the Alpha course in autumn of 2000 - a life changing story you have to hear!
In 2003, he co-founded the Cutting Edge Men's
Ministry at his home church All Saints
Woodford Wells and signed up with CVM to benefit from the valuable resources
offered, especially the speakers list! That group started with 5 men at its first meeting and has
since grown into a network that connects with over 300 men from 40 churches.
Having a passion to reach men for Christ, and spending many years actively forming relationships
with other groups and churches outside of his own, Rob joined CVM as a volunteer Area Coordinator
for NE London in 2010. He took on the role of Regional Director for London in 2014 where he engages
with churches & mission agencies, growing the CVM presence across the 33 Boroughs, looking to
recruit and train a team of London based coordinators.
To help achieve the CVM mission of winning men to Jesus, Rob delivers evangelism and discipleship training to churches and ministries across the London region, building, training, coaching and developing teams in why we share the gospel, who we share with, what we say and how we do it. Supporting the local church in reaching and winning it’s community to Christ. He is also one of the London coordinators for WhoLetTheDadsOut? which is a growing movement that closely partners with CVM to resource churches to reach out to dads, father figures and their children.
Being a family man, Rob intentionally invests time to be with his wonderful wife Charlotte and their 3 children. When the opportunity allows, he enjoys working out, watching motorsport, photography, music, running and spending time with friends over good food and a glass of red wine!
