{"id":5054,"date":"2014-03-13T08:52:10","date_gmt":"2014-03-13T08:52:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cvm.org.uk\/blog\/?p=5054"},"modified":"2015-01-27T17:19:26","modified_gmt":"2015-01-27T17:19:26","slug":"lest-we-forget","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cvm.org.uk\/blog\/50plus\/lest-we-forget\/","title":{"rendered":"Lest We Forget"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dementia is typically an illness of old age; the longer you live, the greater your chances of developing dementia.\u00a0 In the UK, between the ages of 40 and 64, only one person in every fourteen hundred people has dementia.\u00a0 In those over the age of eighty it is one person in six.
