The Queen\u2019s horse, Carlton House, was third.<\/p>\n<p>Warrington and Huddersfield remained level on points at the top of Rugby League\u2019s Super League with wins over Crusaders and Castleford respectively. Wigan and St Helens were two points behind following defeat to Catalan Dragons and victory over Leeds respectively. Hull KR beat rivals Hull FC, Bradford saw off Harlequins and Salford defeated Wakefield.<\/p>\n<p>Troubled Rugby Union star Gavin Henson remained on course to play for Wales in this year\u2019s World Cup after being named in their preliminary squad. Henson featured in Wales\u2019 31-28 defeat to the Barbarians at the Millennium Stadium, his first appearance for his country since March 2009.<\/p>\n<p>In Cricket, the second Test between England and Sri Lanka at Lord\u2019s looked set for a draw after rain wiped out play midway through the game with the tourists\u2019 first innings incomplete. Sri Lanka captain Tillakaratne Dilshan had replied to Matt Prior\u2019s century with an international-best 193.<\/p>\n<p>The domestic Twenty20 competition began last week. Holders Hampshire made it three wins from three by beating Kent to top the South Group.
