Dean Gray, Managing Director
Dean Gray was born and raised in Bedford on a council estate. With no religious or church background he got into all sorts of mischief, from being involved with gangs to alcohol abuse and much more. Dean joined the army at the age of 16 to get away from his old life and make a new one, and shortly met up with Shelly and became a father at 17. Dean and Shelly got married at 19 and had another child at 21. Dean became a Christian after Shelly gave her life to God and had a super natural life changing transformation.
Since then Dean left the army and has worked as an architectural technician, owned a construction business, involved in youth work, worked in prison ministry, project managed in Afghanistan and now works as Managing Director of Operations for CVM, a national movement focused on introducing men to Jesus and equipping the church for the task.
Dean enjoys family life, attending church, lifting heavy weights, extreme sports and art. He is passionate about sharing his testimony to all who will listen and the life changing power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
