Get Fired Up

Join Carl Beech, Andy Drake and the team on Saturday 14th November. We will network, worship, pray, get inspired, get to grips with God’s plan for our lives and get some tools to live life well for God. More than ever we need to be in a band of brothers. Get along for the day and stoke the fires of your faith.

Saturday 14th November 2009. The Gateway, Yeovil Community Church, Addlewell Lane, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 1QN. 9:30am – 4:30pm. £15, including lunch.

    Well worth a day out, met some interesing people, all different.

    Nice to know I am not the only one getting it all wrong or feeling out of step.

    My wife made me go to a church bring and share lunch on sunday and so told every one where I had been on saturday, a rare face in church I confess.

    The women were not in the least surprised by the conclusions on why men do not go to church.

    One said “more than half an hour and my husband will not go”

    I was then approached by the Vicar’s husband about joining a new curry club for the men in the church to build on the youth activities I helped with earlier in the year.

    I was not going to come but kept been drawn to it so maybe there is a plan!
